Shipping & Delivery (Tracked)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Options (both include tracking)

  • Express: 4–6 business days after dispatch — priority handling + tracked.

  • Standard: 6–9 business days after dispatch — tracked.

Tracking

  • A tracking number & link will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Fees & Promotions

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service.

  • Free shipping promotions apply to Standard shipping unless stated otherwise.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs authority. These are the customer’s responsibility.
