Solvye 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Solvye device. If not, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return

Email us at solvye@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send RMA instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Eligibility

Item must be in like-new condition, unused or gently tried, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety, devices showing excessive wear, damage, or unsanitary condition may be declined.
Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping to our facility (address provided after approval).

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can make it right (replacement or refund).
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Returns that are missing accessories or packaging may be partially refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our 30-day policy.
Refunds

We’ll inspect your return within 2–3 business days of receipt and notify you of approval.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
